“Come and Play 4.0” [EAC/S09/2020-SGRS-7D9A196C]
The project is co-funded by the European Union. The main objective of the project “Come and Play 4.0”, created by Association “Sport Club Comac Sport”, is to develop and widely promote innovative forms of practicing sport & physical activity, suitable for people of different ages, through a new intergenerational sport program, using digital tools and creating mobile playgrounds.
The three project target groups of the innovative methodological sport program are as follows: young people; families with children & adults aged 60 and 60+.
The project activities are: *Research and analysis of the potential elements of the new intergenerational sport program for personal, education and professional development;*Elaboration of the new intergenerational sport program combining elements from different sports. Thus the different sport elements will be compiled based on scientific findings about the positive correlation between exercising – health – better educational achievements – better professional achievements – higher standard of living – well-being of the individual as a whole;*Online platform creation;*Digital toolkit and 3D Hologram images elaboration which will use the opportunities given by Industry 4.0 to make sport more popular among young people, but also, to demonstrate the benefits of digitalization to adults;*On-site demonstrations and testing of the new sport program in small villages in the Southwestern Region of Bulgaria, characterized by low socio-economic development, mixed ethno-religious composition, geographical remoteness, risk of poverty and social exclusion;*National Conferences in the cities of Blagoevgrad and Bansko, from Southwestern region, for presenting the new sport program and with the participation of 60 relevant stakeholders – representative of the local authorities, sport clubs and organizations, NGO, business, academia, youth clubs, non-formal education practitioners;*International Conference in Sofia for presenting the project outputs and for discussing the opportunities for their exploitation in the EU.
